    i seriously should be doing homework instead of like blogging n bloghopping. seriously.

    2day had that lit comedy thing that i was talking abt in d last entry.
    well 1stly, being the narcissist that i am i shall firstly talk about ME.
    i was at first told to do a 2 min solo.
    n after a few days of intensive listening
    i decided to do a medley of sum sorts of Slash solos
    start off with Sweet Child O' Mine solo(Guns N' Roses)
    then end off right before the wah pedal comes in
    then Fall to Pieces(Velvet Revolver) solo.
    so its like slow.. build up.. then suddenly slow down and emo.
    but but but
    on thursday ravi told me... eh cut down ur solo to 30 secs
    so i was like ok......
    so yea nvm la at least i wun hav 2 spend too much time learning 2 solos...
    so after that i could not make up my mind about which solo to play
    until like the very last second
    as in when i plugged the guitar to the amp during the actual play itself
    i was contemplating btwn Iron Maiden's Trooper and Metallica's Master of Puppets solos
    then ended up doing Trooper.. coz i was more confident of that solo n thus i cud pose better..
    but in d end i din really pose la :S

    personally, i think ok u can play solo gd 4 u
    but to perform it is a totally different story
    like d faster guy ok he can play faster
    but when it comes to performing... dammnnn boorrrrrinnnggggg....
    2nd guy.
    he duzn hav 2 play those fast shit.. wdvr shit he's playing is like damn funky enuf..
    n he poses appropriately
    got stage presence
    i'd rather watch the 2nd guy perform den d 1st la.
